Hailing from one of Las Vegas’ prominent and revolutionary families, Albert Mack has deep roots in Las Vegas’ history. Grandson of famous Las Vegan Jerome Mack of Thomas & Mack, President of the Riviera casino, Director of the Four Queens and Dunes casinos, owner of Valley Bank of Nevada and one of the founders of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, it is only natural that Albert would grow up to make a name for himself in this burgeoning city.

Holding a Bachelors’ Degree in Communications from Tulane University and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, Albert worked in real estate development and deal financing before making the jump to hospitality at Wynn & Encore Las Vegas. Working his way through all operational departments in the Executive Management Program, with Steve Wynn as his mentor, Albert gained first-hand knowledge of the hospitality industry and honed his communication and managerial skills. Albert continued with Wynn Resorts and became part of the nightclub management team for Surrender and Encore Beach Club – two exclusive clubs with revenues topping $75M a year on the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Today, Albert is bringing his dining, nightlife and business acumen full circle as Chief Executive Officer of TBD Group, a private equity firm aimed at investing in and managing mid-size businesses to aide in growth and expansion of market share in the businesses’ respective industries. TBD Group’s portfolio includes Sake Rok, one of Las Vegas’ most exciting new concepts, as well as AV Gear, All Things Integrated and more.


Bill Jones leads portfolio company performance improvement and transformation plans including EBITDA and working capital enhancement strategies and organizational design. In addition, Jones’ specialties include transaction structuring, portfolio operations, financial analysis, equity and enterprise valuation, financial modeling, synergy identification and post-transaction integration, ownership transitions and recapitalizations.

Prior to TBD Group, Jones worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, providing private and public companies with merger and acquisition consulting services on global deals ranging from $10M to $7B.

Jones is a CPA and earned a dual degree in finance and accounting from Tulane University.
