ALBERT MACK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Albert co-founded TBD Group in 2018. As CEO, Albert is involved in all aspects of fund management, fundraising and deal origination, as well as business operations. His experience spans real estate development, finance, hotel management, and portfolio management.

Prior to founding TBD Group, Albert was an Executive at Wynn Resorts, Las Vegas where he learned the hotel business from visionary Steve Wynn. His earlier background includes multi-family real estate development.

Albert earned his BA from Tulane University and his MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

 

BILL JONES

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bill Jones leads portfolio company performance improvement and transformation plans including EBITDA and working capital enhancement strategies and organizational design. In addition, Jones’ specialties include transaction structuring, portfolio operations, financial analysis, equity and enterprise valuation, financial modeling, synergy identification and post-transaction integration, ownership transitions and recapitalizations.

Prior to TBD Group, Bill worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, providing private and public companies with merger and acquisition consulting services on global deals ranging from $10M to $7B.

Bill is a CPA and earned a dual degree in finance and accounting from Tulane University.

 

CLAYTON JONES

DIRECTOR OF PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS

Clayton works closely with our portfolios to implement organizational change and best practices, to enhance lasting profitability and build scalable growth platforms. Clayton’s specialties include portfolio operations management, financial planning and analysis, opportunity assessment, synergy identification, contract review and negotiation, and post-transaction integration.

Prior to TBD Group, Clayton worked with Lumeris Health Outcomes in Saint Louis providing health plan and health system consulting services. His earlier background consulting for private equity clients with KPMG in Chicago.

Clayton’s qualifications include earning his CPA license, CFA charter, a bachelor’s degree with double major in Business Management and Philosophy from Tulane University, and a master’s degree in Accounting, also from Tulane University.

 

KEOKI JOHNSON

Director of Corporate Management

Keoki directs, plans, and implements policies, objectives, and activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, and to increase productivity. She also facilitates communication and training for team members and affiliated companies to ensure compliance standards are upheld. Prior to TBD Group, Keoki assisted in the construction, creating of policies & procedures, training, and opening of Pacha, Dubai, a $100m F&B development with high-end dining and nightlife. Earlier work was in a variety of different F&B venues on the Las Vegas Strip, including Hakkasan Group and others.
